Enom ClubSearch

I subscribed to Enom's ClubSearch to monitor a couple of keywords. Every now and then, they would send me out an email stating that there were domains scheduled to drop matching my selected keywords.

Recently, I have been receiving the same emails,but they are addressed from NameBargain.com, with Enom's closing signature.

Does anyone know if Enom and NamBargain have joined forces?
