I get a notice my domain is about to expire as proof I owned it until it was removed from my account.

Any suggestions on the best way I should handle this?

They seem to want to ignore this and not address it.

You may have read about my situation here.

Enom always sent out notice that you successfully renewed a domain name. You can use this as proof that you already renewed the domain name.

I hope this help.

Yes please see my link. Thank you.

MrsJello pushed the domain to me after I bought it and it was returned to his account over a day later without my authorization.

Ask Mrs Jello to push back. He will accommodate your request, if there is no problem with the domain.

No he prefers to insult me.

The main problem here is I HAVE HAD A DOMAIN STOLEN FROM ME.

When you spend millions of dollars with a company do you get to take other people's domains?

I have no idea what's going on. Enom is avoiding this critical issue.

If you have proof that you paid for the domain name. Then you can ask for legal assistance outside this board.

Good luck to you.

I have more proof then that. I have proof I owned the domain and what a coincidence it was stolen from me an hour before my transfer was about to go through to moniker where they became the new registrar.

---------- Post added at 05:58 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:56 PM ----------

And further proof I NEVER AUTHORIZED it to be sent to him. He has more wipo cases then I have miles on my car. I know this ain't a thing to him but this is a very serious issue.

You should post your evidence as screen captures.
Upload them to tinypic or a related website.
If you paid, was your money refunded?
Are you saying Igal had seller remorse, meaning he's the "previous owner"?
He also tried offering you free domains, etc??
I would love to see every single email.
I read all your posts and none of this seems to make sense.
It seems you are leaving out information.

Mrsjello sold me this domain before renewal. Here is the email from enom I received regarding the renewal. I would only receive this if I was the owner

http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=2099HrFb/qs2jDsK9zO+bYh4l5k2TGxc

Email dated 2/25 9:26 am where owner is asking for the domain back.

http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=2099HrFb/qvNTPPEt5iujIh4l5k2TGxc

---------- Post added at 02:16 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:14 AM ----------

Offer was of no interest. Another email at 10:24 asking me if I wanted more domains for free.

http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=2099HrFb/qu0jrFFXK847oh4l5k2TGxc

---------- Post added at 02:20 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:16 AM ----------

Proof he pushed it 2/23

http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=2099HrFb/qvHotyWtshjZ4h4l5k2TGxc

---------- Post added at 02:23 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:20 AM ----------

Admitting his selling of this domain to me was a mistake after I did not want his free names. 2/25 9:44 pm.

http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=2099HrFb/qtqbRRGa6DYQ4h4l5k2TGxc

Shortly after lost the domain, right before the transfer to another registrar secured.

---------- Post added at 02:28 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:23 AM ----------

Also have another email where enom sends me the authorization code that I requested when I was owner.

He liked to refer to me as 'little people' in one of his email lol

From what I read, I guess when you sell your company for over 100 million a lot of people seem like 'little people'

This might make one feel entitled to a lot and why not, when you can just TAKE OTHER PEOPLE'S DOMAINS and ENOM IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT.

Enom is well aware of the problem and the post here on dnforum but they have chosen to ignore it for days.

Some might say that's an admission of guilt.

I have started to use other methods to get my stolen domain back and giving them a couple days until I really start getting vicious about getting the domain back that was removed from my account.

I too am a little surprised that the usual suspects resolving these type issues are not all over this.

Yes they know better to deny this because that would be publicly lying.

Enom and mrs jello think they can just ignore this, but this is just adding fuel to the fire.

I have had a domain removed from my account without my authorization and not even a dignified explanation.

Absolutely despicable and illegal to my knowledge?

Regarding, admin they were very QUICK to ask for screenshots and very SLOW to take action.

Johnn,

What is the status of this complaint against mrsjello? Are you guys just ignoring this? Where are the guys like TheLegendaryJP who get to the bottom of this kind of stuff. Strikes me as peculiar that admins havent said or done anything.

It's difficult to point a rabid dog toward the proper target when he's too busy foaming at the mouth to see straight. I see exactly what happened and also what must be done to resolve it... but the OP is too busy with his own drama to be practical enough to actually resolve anything.
