Hello,

I just receieved two huge orders. Actually three. One of them is from a person who lives in Texas. Not sure if that is fraud or not. But the other two were from a person who lives in UK. Now if i am not wrong UK doesn't have AVS system. What can i do to verifiy if the order was fraud or legit? I know it would be too much to call the cc company and ask them to verify the phone number and then call the guy and verify. By the way i am using Enom's PDQ. Any input is appreciated. Thank you

If you are using PDQ, ENOM will take care if the order is fraud or not. This won't affect you at all.

Basically you won't get credit of fraud transaction and no commission ofcourse. This is one advantage of using PDQ service. Someone will do the security part of credit card transaction.

Hope this help,
tw

Thank you for replying. The thing is, I am aware that enom takes care of it however when i carefully read the agreement of credit card policy it says that within 5 days of order if it is detected fraud the reseller is not charged or given credit for the order. However, if the order is detected fraud or has a chargeback after 5 days not just the commission is charged back from the reseller but also the domain registration fee is also due.

The total order was for $200 or something.
