They do if you take out a stanard account but many here can give you a free $8.95 account and accounts for as low as $6.95 are available at a charge from other resellers.

Nobody actually pays that - you can get reseller / sub-accounts that range from $6.95-$8.95..

I pay $6.95 and can create $8.95 accounts for others for example..

Now now, this is NOT an advertising thread people!

And yes I am sure some people pay $29/yr at enom, lol.

Haha! Love the tongue in cheek condemnation from the guy with the enom signup form in his signature.

The lowest .com registration account that I can set up under my $6.95 reseller account is $8.14. This basically means no profit for me (except for multiple regs). Is $8.95 really the lowest that others can create? Do I just have a better ETP parent account? Or is $8.95 the "unwritten rule" for resellers to fix the price to reduce price wars?

Well, I never posted saying "I can sell you / give you this".

About pricing, 8.14 is the lowest for retail, 8.95 for reseller.

Aw, come on, Steen.

Here's the way I see it: We are all here to a) make money and b) help each other out (in that order). If someone posts and says "how can I reg names at eNom cheaper than $29" (rough translation) to tell them you can set them up with an $8.95 account accomplishes both a) and b). Why else would you put your signup form in your signature? For you to actually take a high-road posture and claim that you are better than the others because you didn't offer the newcomer an eNom account is silly -- both a) because it is perfectly reasonable for guiwang and forona to do so and b) because you are doing the same thing via your signature (but not just in this appropriate thread, but every thread you post in).

BTW, thanks for the insight on the pricing.
