Hi there keep trying to register a domain at enom
given an enom order number
and then click on it for the status and given

Register 1 Unable to process this domain Not billed

Yet i get given an order id. I assume that means some sort of credit card error. Any usual faults.

I'm having real trouble because it asks me for a credit card billing city. On my billing address it doesn't have a city. However it forces you to enter something in this field.

??? Any sugestions
I've been given this error 5 times.

Enter your city on registrant, technical, billing, etc if there is not one there now.

Then enter it exactly the same way in the CC city field.

This should work according to (my) theory of this error.

Yeah cheers got it sorted out. believe it or not it was actually a problem with the domain itself not the card?? So enom told me.. a whois error. Though my card still got slugged.

Yeah it was. Why do they like to keep them for themselves?

I registered five names and am still waiting on the system to process them after an hour. Meanwhile someone else can register them... This is a major gripe with enom.

Okay so now 4 of the 5 domains are in my account and show successful after a long ass wait. Except the main domain that I was registering says "Domain Not Available" and "Not Billed". This looks very fishy.

That either means someone else got it - ot it is a 2-letter .org (those cannot be re-registered).

No this is a domain that no one else would have registered and it's basically a singular form of the two word domain I was going to use for my main site. It showed as taken realtime in the registry after (but not before) I put in my order at enom but none of the other names did. The ones that did not show up as taken were put into my account after a long wait. Doesn't show any information when I go to the whois.enom.com site. I'm calling them on the phone now.

Called regular support. Some type of error in their system putting it into my account.
They fixed it very promptly.

Enom support number: 425-883-8860
