eNom stealth registering .info name pairs?

Has there been any discussing here about how eNom is quietly registering all .info pairs for any domain a reseller has in their account?

The registrant is matched to the .com/net/org owner but the .info domain is NOT placed into the reseller's account under their control. There are also no nameservers applied to the domain, so it is in limbo.

If you don't believe or understand what I am saying, simply go to whois.sc or http://www.enom.com/domains/whois.asp and check on the .info for any of your domains with enom.

I cannot find any announcement (as usual) on eNom about such a "feature".
