Get out while you still can. Requesting an Auth code will give you this:

Chat seems to have disappeared as well. If you're still with them, and need to get out, you should report them to ICANN as they're in breach of the RAA.

For your convenience:

This is correct. However, yesterday when I tried it, I did automatically receive the auth code by email. Even if their website didn't say anything about it (and showed me that same message instead).

Well, I'm still struggling to get my Auth codes. I'm getting nothing by email either (no it's not in spam). Support is nonexistent as of yet.

ICANN is gonna be busy to go through all these complaints.

Maybe Epik LLC can lend them some people from their dedicated support team lol.

It seems to me the email was sent automatically after I clicked "Yes" to unlock the domain
Maybe try to lock the domain again and then go again into "transfer out" where you will be asked to unlock it? => Yes
That's just an idea if you haven't already tried it

Mh... Could be. Not going to risk locking it as I don't trust them to be able to unlock it. Their backend is falling apart.

I have requested it by email and I have put ICANN on it to make sure I get the code.

They claimed issues had been solved but it's getting worse by the day.
