Click on Manage Domains > Click on the domain you want > Wait 5 mins for their slow system > Click the [+] next to Domain Contact Information > Scroll down and click Configure > Wait another 5 minutes > Scroll down and it will show Authorization Code

Total time to get to EPP Code: 12.4 minutes :)

Now if I can find a way to do this in bulk for the 400+ names I have there to transfer them out.

12.4 minutes was an exaggeration but you get the point. See my steps above and you will get your EPP code. This doesn't mean they will unlock the domain for you though.

There is a supposed global registry lock on RegisterFly names which will prevent transfers. Until this is lifted, domains are stuck in there.

Sorry.

Who did that? ICANN? what are they trying to make a bad situation worse?

I thought it was to prevent them from dropping or expiring. Where was this lock discussed?
