In response to several public and private notes, I've decided to make this auction internally available as well (it is also at ebayand at other sites).

Starting Bid HERE is $25K (yes, there is a reserve). Ends Aug-30-06 11:18:04 PDT

If it gets to $45K, I'll add Equitey.net & Equitey.org

If it goes over $50K I'll ad Equitey.co.uk

$55K gets all plus EquiteyFinance.com - EquiteyFinance.net

$60K gets - all plus EquiteyLoans.net

$70K gets all plus EquiteyRefinance.com - EquiteyRefinance.net

$85K gets all plus the correct spelling: EquityRefinance.net - EquityRefinancing.net

You'd have to be BLIND not see the VALUE here... This is a huge income suite of domains that will multiply every single dollar spent.

"Equitey" is a very common mispell of "Equity"

Look up Equity in your Lexicon.

It means:

1 - an equitable right or claim.
2 - the monetary value of a property or business beyond any amounts owed on it in mortgages, claims, liens, etc.
3 - ownership, esp. when considered as the right to share in future profits or appreciation in value.
4 - the interest of the owner of common stock in a corporation.
5 - the excess of the market value of the securities over any indebtedness.

Mostly, it is used in the context of Mortgages and Loans. For example, Home Equity Loans, Equity Refinance, Home Equity, etc. However, as the dictionary points out, it is also commonly used for Stock Trading, Business Valuations and estimating profits.

"Equitey", the mispell, for example in the term "Home Equitey Loans" get's searched in Google over 5000 times a DAY, 160,000 per Month. That's HUGE traffic and income potential. And those searchers are exposed to only 800 possible results as opposed to over 300 MILLION when searching the term with correct spelling. Adsense, YPN and the PPC Parking Pages all resolve the term to the correct spelling so you still get the $58 dollar clicks that the 300 Million other pages get, but you'll have better saturation and therefor, return on your money.

In other words, Equitey.com give you real Equity. :)

Google shows only 755 results for "Equitey". Common misspellings like "morgage" show over a million results.

Results, not searches...

Which is exactly my point. You own a Mortgage mispell and you are competing with over a million other sites... You own the Equity mispell and you are competing with only a few hundred. (My search for Equitey shows: Results 1 - 10 of about 884 for equitey. (0.21 seconds) )

Now, go to any one of the Adsense or YPN keyword search tools and search "Equitey". You get all the advertisers, at the same amount, that key off of the correct spelling of Equity. Also pay close attention to what those keywords and phrases are paying out.

Finally, get Google API and build a program to search for "Equitey" in word and in common phrases to show results in 30 day average Google Search Results. "Home Equitey Loans", for example, was searched over 5000 times, per day, over the past 30 days resulting in the previously discussed VERY FEW competing websites.

I'll ask you, which would you rather compete with? 5000 searchers looking at roughly 800 hits or 5000 searches looking at Millions of hits?

I've been attacked off line (PM) from an individual that thinks this domain is crap and that I'm trying to "Cheat" someone into buying this domain. I think the potential is obvious. I'd rather be the big fish in a small pool than someone that finds themselves so far down the Millions of results that nobody ever sees my page(s).

Perhaps it's time to tell the rest of the story... I'm in a financial bind and stand to loose my house. So there you have it. I've embarassed myself and totally destroyed any chance I have at posturing for this sale. This is why I'm selling and the ONLY reason.

The pitch, again, is simple. Highly searched keyword mispell, low competition, high paying ads with the potential for mass traffic and revenue for sale for what I believe is less than 1/4 of it's 5 year take.

Not eveyone will agree and that's fine. I encourage you to make offers to other "Equitey" domain holders and see what they would sell for. Do that and then assess the value on my domains.
