If it involves a credit card and the exchanging of currencies it can take a few days. I have had them take as many as 4 days.
Still, it's a good service. They ensure the CC is good and the payment is good and then the exhanging of currency begins.
I know its frustrating to wait, but it really does protect you in the long run.
