In the next 10 years, millions of baby boomers will be thinking about passing their estate onto their loved ones. Estate planning allows you to control who gets what , avoid probate, create trusts for grandchildren, etc.

Proper estate planning allows you to plan for yourself and your loved ones without giving up control of your affairs. Your estate plan should allow you to plan for the possibility of your own disability. It should give what you own to whom you want to receive it, the way you want them to receive it, and when you want them to receive it. Your estate plan should save every tax dollar, professional fee, and court cost that are legally possible to save.

No need to go into that much detail about the "service" of what the domain name will represent. Seems like a sales pitch.

Most of us here can look at a domain name and tell you what it's worth. Granted, appraisals are basically opinions, so take it as constructive critisism.

Your domain name would work for an individual attorney who specializes in that field, but don't expect too much $$ for it if you plan to resell it. Most attorneys and real estate brokers use their own name as their domain name. Some firms will use a company name, but I feel this one would only work for an individual.

It's descriptive, but also a .net, so that will decrease the value.

Yikes! A .net... and could it possibly be any longer? I did a Whois hoping that this was something you were just thinking about registering. Unfortunately you already made the mistake. Don't do any more three word .net's. Oh well, live and learn.
