EVDO.com or EV-DO.com?

I always looked at the "-" sign antipatically... it's harder to type it in your browser, IMO.
However, does the value of a domain like EVDO.com increases, compared with EV-DO.com? The original technology is EV-DO (Evolution Data Optimized). Can you give me a rough $xxx - $xxx,xxx figure what those type of new technology domains are valued?
