To me both are fairly meaningless, unless you just want a short name for much less than the cost of a com/net/org/info/biz for personal use. At least the big 5 have real meanings. cc and ws are just unknown country codes that are priced to high. cc means nothing to anyone, and no one really buys the idea that ws stands for website instead of western samoa. maybe okay for a low value personal site, but what company wants to associate themselves with a small island? It kind of makes the statement that "I was so late to get on the internet bandwagon that I had to take some other country's meaningless domain TLD that they didn't want". with all the other meaningless 2 letters coming on board like bz, sc, ec, and maybe even eu.
Never owned one, never will.
