Exclusive membership: Adsense Page Tool

I am thinking about upgrading to an Exclusive membership. I would like to know if it's worth becoming an exlusive member.

I am not very good making websites, so this Adsense Page Tool ( a feature of Exclusive membership) sounds to be a tool suited for me. Is there anyone who can give me some more information about it.

why? i don't think it's good at creating sites for adsense. your better off building a site with a good CMS.
