Exody which list shows the dropping names?

Which list is the list that shows the dropping names in real time that can be registered. I'm looking for the names tha become available right there and then. And what's the name of the list that shows what has just been put on hold? I think these would be the best two lists, and any help would be appreciated.

Did you ever get the feeling that you were the only person who didn't know how to use the lists, and that there really wasn't any instructions on which list did what. Kind of like being handed ore with no directions on how to process out the metal. Anybody??????
