Well, you know they have the other movie coming out. Probably more after that one, too. I know what you mean, though. What makes me sick is seeing a bunch of stuff listed (not only in the domain category) with the word "RARE" in the title when it's a common thing or virtually "new". What's so RARE about that? I leave the term "rare" for antiques and specialty items (i.e. numbered, limited editions, etc.), not for junk like "RARE Body of Work video!!" And the person claims it's rare just because it's still in shrinkwrap. I guess "rare" must be in the eye of the beholder these days.

"Rare" in this case can only refer to those few Harry Potter domains that haven't yet been take by Warner (but soon will, of course).

Here's a partial list of Potter domains that have been wipo'd:

harrypottercd.com
harrypottercd.net
harrypottercd.org
harrypotterdvd.net
harrypotterdvd.org
harrypotterdvds.com
harrypotterdvds.net
harrypotterdvds.org
harrypotterfilm.org
harrypotterfilms.net
harrypotterfilms.org
harrypotterfour.com
harrypotterfour.net
harrypotterfour.org
harrypotterhollywood.com
harrypotterhollywood.net
harrypotterhollywood.org
harrypotterinhollywood.com
harrypotterinhollywood.net
harrypotterinhollywood.org
harrypottermedia.com
harrypottermedia.net
harrypottermedia.org
harrypottermovies.org
harrypottermp3.com
harrypottermp3.net
harrypottermp3.org
harrypottermusic.com
harrypottermusic.net
harrypottermusic.org
harrypotterone.com
harrypotterone.net
harrypotterone.org
harrypotterpicture.com

Full list here:

Nobody wins with these kind of useless registrations except the registrars and Warner's legal department (bigger budget)

Hey - unless they've registered a trademark of Harry Potter doing business in an area, they can't claim title to a domain.

Eg:
HarryPotterFruit.com
HarryPotterViagraTablets.com

Also, I would love to see what would happen when someone really called Harry Potter claims he had title HarryPotter.com because he was born years before the story was created!
