fabulous 4.0 vs. fabulous standard

i'm thinking of moving some of my domains to fabulous.

what is the difference between premium 4.0 program and standard program?

i was told that 4.0 program only accepts .com/.net/.org,
and standard one accepts other tlds.

is there difference in ppc rate between the two?
looks like they use different ppc portals.

romow - the 4.0 program serves premium listings from our upstream partners. Whereas the standard program displays Roar.com listings. Typically, the 4.0 program has a higher ppc in comparison to the Roar program.

As we are obliged to send our partners the highest quality traffic possible, we have introduced certain criteria in order to maintain this high quality of traffic. At this point in time we are only considering English language, .com, .net, .org and .ca domains for the 4.0 program.
