Strange, did you email support@fabulous? I did yesterday and received prompt responses, given the time difference of over 13 hours.

Have you had this problem before?

Seems strange cause I have never have had a problem....and response is always fairly fast.... you should try again!!!

Never had problem with Mike at Fabulous.
Very quick and courteous.
