Today I attempted to contact a nearby council to enquire about the swimming pool facilities.
I visited their website and found the telephone number of the pool and rang it, but a fax machine answer. On each webpage, there is a button to report errors with the information.
Here is my error report...
----------------
I rang the "Phone" number listed and the fax machine answered.
I tried to ask it questions, but it knew nothing about your opening times or class schedules.
I understand that the photocopier was suppose to be in-charge, but the fax machine refused to transfer me. This is not the level of service we should expect from office equipment.
Regards
----------------
I suppose you just had to be there.
Do other people find amusement in screwing with the minds of public servants?
