Despite what NOAA says in their 5AM update she is past Cuba and heading straight north right now (according to the Key West radar station).
Outer bands are hitting the Keys right now and a big cluster of storms is about to swipe though Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
She's only a tropical storm but still intimidating to look at over the radar *and* the thunderstorms to the south (visually seen).
