Hello,
I am involved in a federal appeals case in california concerning an issue of determining the proper jurisdiction in which a domain case can be heard.
While the initial decision did not go in my favor, in my filing of a "stay of the order", which was partially granted, until an appeal decison is reached the court found the case, "may succeed on the merits because the courts order addressed an issue of first impression."
I have been acting as my own attorney up until this point but was hoping to have the help of an attorney who might be interested in getting involved in the appeal.
If there is an attorney who would be interested in such an issue and case and might consider helping to some degree I would very much be interested in hearing from you.
Please contact me at [email protected]
Thank you
