I want to register a domain with the word "Ferrari" in it.
Then make a site about cars, Ferraris most probably.
Will I loose it to the Enzo group?
I went to the trademark site (thanks forum) but I can't figure out what all the notations and multiple trademark registrations are.
I mean why are there so many for the word FERRARI?
The English translation of the Italian word, "FERRARI" is "iron".
What should I do?
