Ferrari Is Being Spun Off Into Its Own Company

Ferrari is being spun off by FiatChrysler Automobiles into its own company, and has filed for an IPO. If you've always wanted to buy a Ferrari but found the prices a bit steep, now you might be able to buy yourself a few shares.

Ferrari should have been it's own separate company long ago. It seems like it should be because it doesn't even seem like it belongs with FiatChrysler and their other divisions.

The only thing I am curious on is if this will affect the prices of their cars, one way or another.
