Not sure, but...

FeWo stands for Ferien Wohnung (German: holiday flat)

What am I missing with this one? Why is the bidding so high at this point for a CVCV.info? I can understand a .com, but for a .info? What am I missing?

Thanks.

2 of my CVCV.info sales were from Germany as well in the past months.

I wrote this many times:

just because Americans don`t like other extensions, that does not mean that other extensions are useless. For istance, .info is quite popular in Europe.

Hi , exactly.

And even .mobi despite I know, many people here thinks so bad about .mobi

The truth is that the USA learned the internet with .com and recognise mainly (if not only) .com

They did not even like to use their own ccTLD (.us) so it makes sense despite it`s a problem.

On the other side, pretty much the rest of the world is used to other extensions and use them.

I believe that is not so wise to target only to the US market.
Maybe i m wrong though.

It's probably a sought after delicacy.

Fried Elephant, With Olives

But seriously folks, something's got to explain the latest mobi showing at DNJ no matter how you feel about that one. Wonder what it is.http://www.sedo.com/auction/auction_detail.php?language=e&auction_id=35749&tracked=&partnerid=

Well, over three weeks, but thanks that at least you stopped by to confirm copper's post #2 above. Yes, upon translating it online, I do concur - an excellent keyword. One thing I found interesting is that if I paste it as you've written it into the translator, it comes out as "Vacation home," but if I add a space before the "W," it comes out as "Holidays dwelling." Neat little things like that interest me sometimes. Great domain if that's how it flies in Germany. :)

Otherwise, maybe another set of bidders out there was thinking more like "Ferrari's, With OnStar."
