Repeg(ging) is regulary used, so it is generic enough.

But look at this:

It is a term and doesn't matter how popular it is.

However, use google or any se with "repeg" input.

The best thing going for it, is the .net is reg'ed. And you did not register in bad faith, you reg'ed as a financial term, not the acronym of the .net. DO NOT take this as advice, but personally, I would contact them to see if interested.

And yes, repeg.net is an one man (lady) run educational
place, thus intentionally .net.

Anyone prefers .com over any extension. Even organizations. (some may disagree) But you are referring to .net as non-profit, not .org.
