I received an email from a company that sell fire rated windows , They said that they are interested in purchasing the domain(firewindow.com) but they didn't make an offer ,they want to know how much I want for it. How much you think it worth???

Thank you

First try to find out how much the company is strong financially and play your cards accordingly.
Don't get into domain appraisal software's they are useless in real world business.
If the domain you have is the name of a product which another own or is planing to make then they will give you a good value.
Your values will mainly be on a few factors like

how generic is the domain name
how long have you hold it
are there many takers to it (if u quote a premium price & the current guy rejects it then whats the chance of another buyer approaching it after and in what time)
does the domain has any development value (to some extent)

for me if the buying company is descent and you have this domain for last 2-3 years then 2K $USD is a fine bit, if negotiated you can come down to 1K max but not below it.

While I see not development value in this domain as well as not much type-in traffic to the same. Get the deal done as anyways you cant make even $1K in next 5 years have it on a domain parking system
