Don't know the renewal rate or the requirements for .rs domains, but I think it is a good domain hack. I think it is definitely worth something to the right user but I am not an expert at .rs domains so couldn't be more specific. Sorry.

Hi, I am from .rs
I think that it can be made some great combinations with .rs, but it seems to me that they are good only if someone wants to make brand with .rs. Like I guess you want. I don't think that .rs domains have good potential for trading, because you need effort to make brand, and you can sell .rs domain only if someone see it and at that moment had good idea in his head what it can make from it.
Not many people in world knows about .rs and there is low probability that someone accidently come on website with .rs. For an example if I am regular internet user i will first type in my browser flavors.com or .net, or .org
