If I owned it, I'd be asking low five figures for it. Well developed, this would make some nice cash. Google adwords exact match is 5400, and lots of related terms by state. If you are the end user on this, you'd be getting a bargain in the low to mid X,XXX range IMHO.

Thanks inforg, thats exactly the value I was figuring. The guy was asking in the low-mid $XXX,XXX, which is ridiculous.
