For Profit or Fun (or both)

I'm curious about the site(s) people run. Do you run it for fun or profit or are you lucky and its both?

Its just my site is not likely to make an income any time now, but thats not why I run it.. I've a few thoughts of new sites but just wonder what is like for everyone else.
