RWF.org

I just recieved an email from the previous owner regarding this name, i'll get back to you if he doesnt make any offer for it.

Im really sorry for this, if the previous owner doesnt want it,(i'll offer it to him for higher) i'll reserve it for you.

Regarding your above PM, this is simply unacceptable.

You offered the domain [RWF.ORG] for sale at a fixed price of $75 --and I agreed to pay it.

Now, after the fact, you are trying to change the status? Now, you are trying to sell it to someone else?

DotComCowboy.
I sent you a PM with reasons.
You were NOT the first to approach me for the name, its a first come first serve, and like I said, if the first deal doesnt go through, its reserved for you.

Is there a rule that says I am only allow to sell names to members on this board only? The other buyer emailed me first, to which I replied, so I came to edit my post to PENDING, which was when I saw your SOLD post. You did not even PM me or email me regarding your purchase, I had to contact you. If you had follow the instruction and PM or EMAIL me, then you might have got it before the other buyer.

1. Yes, indeed you were aware of my acceptance of the deal. At 11:07PM I posted that I would buy the domain. At 11:19 PM you modified your original post and added (PENDING..) after the domain and price.

2. You do not have the right to breach a contract, on or off the board. I accepted your offer. Now, you are balking at delivering the goods. The board management may not like it, the other members here may not like it, and there may be other lawful recourse for me.

3. The only option is for you to fulfill your end of the deal.

Best,

Re: RWF.org
1. You did not PM or email regarding your purchase, which was when I was in contact with another potential buyer, so in regards to that, you were NOT the first to approach me for the sale, if I make the sale to you, then I would be going back on my word to the other buyer, now how do I priortise 2 clients? first come first served.

2. Please direct me to a rule on the board that I MUST sell to a DNF member only once its posted for sale on the board. I believe I have the right to sell it to whoever I want, on and off board.

3. the other option is to wait for response from the other buyer, if the deal does not go through, then I can let you know if you are still interested.

Like I said, I apologize for the mess, but if you think keeping your words is important, then I am doing that, keeping my word to the other buyer who contacted me first.

With all due respect, that's not acceptable.

You offered [RWF.ORG] for sale on the board at a fixed price of $75, and I agreed. Now, you must fulfill your end of the deal and sell me the domain.

Otherwise, if this sale is not consummated forthwith, I will:

1. Complain to the DNF management
2. Post about it, how you have gone back on your word
3. Consider other options

Please provide your PayPal address so I can make payment and we can conclude this transaction as agreed.

Best,
Hal Meyer

APlusmedia, your excuse makes no sense. The previous owner contacted you, but with no offer???? You offered it for sale for $75. It would be one thing if someone beat DotComCowboy to the sale by PMing or emailing you saying they would buy it for $75, but you said the previous owner contacted you, with no offer yet.

From what I read above, this domain should be sold to DotComCowboy.

Yes, at the time that I recieve and replied to the other buyer. THEN I came to edit my post. THEN I saw your post. THEN I contact you. so really, you were not first.

now why should I ignore the other guy and sell it to you when he came first?

The previous owner contacted me saying that I highjacked his domain, I explained it to him I got it after it expired and offered the domain for sale.

jesus christ, please send $75 to [email protected], the domain is yours.
