Totally true, he could have helped a rapist get away with a crime that has done it again.

What they should do is keep him in Prison until they have sorted the cases out and then total up all the years he cost innocent people and then sentence him to that amount of time.

yeah but you know what our justice system is like?
remember the vicar who got locked up for not paying council tax, in his 60's?
think of the illegal immigrants with no driving licences that have killed people on the road & end up walking out of court?
we need an overhaul of sentencing guidelines, quacks, judges, jury's..the whole shebang. & what we take out of the human rights act.
don't get me started ;) lol

Imagine being sent to jail innocent, only to find out years later that one of expert speakers at your trial was a fraud con man, that cut and pasted a report about you off the internet.

lol

Years ago there was a case in Newcastle (http://www.religioustolerance.org/ra_newca.htm) about abuse at a nursery, I lived a few doors away from a girl who went there and she could tell you the names of some top MP's and councillors when they were on the TV and knew a secret way into a house owned by a Politician.

The judge said that the kids aged around 6 could easily have known the secret way into the house, the route was through a hedge at the correct spot to find a gate in the fence and through a gate hidden by another hedge then they were able to describe all the features of the house as well as the pictures on the wall!

Top Police chiefs, MP's, Judges, Councillors, well known TV personalities and local businessmen were named by the children.

In court one of the solicitors said "as soon as top Police chiefs were named the evidence sort of disappeared", makes you think.

The older I get the more disillussioned I become - it's no wonder they won't put bringing back hanging to a vote if it could be them swinging from it one day...

Thats the exact reason why, people say its because they are all for human rights but as everyone knows they are too scared.

No doubt he'll get an ASBO. We're pretty strict here in the UK. My arse.
