I am in discussions with someone, for me to buy a domain from him, for the purpose of reselling, but he is making the deal contingent on my allowing him to keep his email address for a while.

As this is one of my first deals, I don't know if that is something that an end user would tolerate.

If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate hearing about your experiences.
