Hi, some domain registrars has a paid option, where they are proxy contact for the EU-domain. Or if you have a EU-citizen you can trust, you can ask if you may use his/hers contact info instead. :)

Good luck.

They have to be a part of European Union.

Hi KING,

For registrations such as this I use a company called Instra Corporation (over at http://www.instra.com). As M.U. explained, this is one of those companies which act as the proxy contact (legal entity) for registering the EU-domain on your behalf.

I've found them to be pretty good (though certainly not at the same level as eNom or GoDaddy) however I've not yet had any experience in actually transferring domains away from them (which is important should you want to sell the .eu domain which you have in mind to register).

Their price for .eu registrations (including the proxy contact service) is US$56/year. I hope this is of some use to you.

Best Of Luck,
Entropy

As far as I know, you can only register a .EU on GoDaddy if your account indicates that you are personally eligible to do so (ie. you live in the EU or UK). GoDaddy does not offer any proxy contact services though, so if you're not personally eligible to register/own a .EU then GoDaddy will not allow you to purchase one through their domain purchase/registration portal.
