Freaky! What Are The Odds of This Hapenning?

Another strange tale from the Netlight Zone....

Yesterday I heard about a digital photo organizing software program called "Picasa". So I downloaded it from Picasa.net (it's terrific).

Fast forward a couple of hours.... I'm creating some domain names, one I came up with is a form of greeting, and it occured to me that I'd never heard or seen who owns/uses the domain "Hello.com". So I typed it in and guess what came up.

Picasa.net (weird music begins playing here).

The last I knew there were around 7 or 8 million websites.
What are the odds that I would type in a word and come up with a company that I'd just heard of within the last few hours?

Anyone else having anything highly against the odds happen,
on the Net or otherwise?

I thought Hello.com was owned by some telephone manufacturer/seller..? Oh well.

As for weirdness of the visit, I would assume that you were reading the Picasa instructions and somewhere you read to visit them at that webpage but it was only subconscious.

But who knows.

Good theory, but no... there is nothing on their website stating that (that I saw, anyway).

Actually, hello.com redirects to pikasa.net rather than pikasa.com, at least when I tried it just now.

My mistake... Picasa.net is what I meant. I've edited my original post. Thanks.
