Free MS Excel 2007 Domain Spreadsheet to help members get a little more organized for 2009. This is made for excel 2007, it will not work on previous versions.
I have made a very simple domain spread sheet that lets you keep track of the domains you own. It is designed around using the Auto Filter, the little down arrow on each of the column headings. This lets you with any column sort by order, or filter your domains based on the criteria you have entered. You can single out all the .com's you own, the .net's, all your .com's parked at one company, etc, etc.
Here are the Columns.
Ext - The Domain extension is automatically entered based on the domain name you enter in the "Domain Name" Column. This lets you sort and filter out domains with the auto filter based on extension for quick viewing. This field is locked and cannot be edited.
Domain Name - Once entered domains with different extensions will automatically show up with different colors to help differentiate them.
Creation Date - Domains Creation Date, must be entered 15-mar-09 dd-mon-yr . You can sort by creation date with the auto filter.
Expiration Date - Domains Expiration Date, must be entered 15-mar-09 dd-mon-yr. Domains expiring in the current month will Turn the cell red, Domains expiring the following month are highlighted Orange. You can sort by expiration date with the auto filter.
