Free Domain name sales agreement

This will be the final offering of the free domain name sales agreement. I still receive PMs on a weekly basis asking for it. Please make sure that you read any contract like this before tailoring it to your transaction, you'll need to edit/remove/add sections to the contract to fit your transaction. I normally completely delete the first page (check list).

I prefer this agreement because it gives the down payment option. Remember to remove this section if you are not using a down payment. Also make sure to re-number the sections when you delete or add a section.

Another suggestion is to download the free program "doPDF". Once your agreement has been modified you will be able to click "print" and turn the word document into a PDF so that the other party is not able to modify it before signing.
