Freshmen.com is a first quality premium keyword reg'd since 1995
Strong development potential under multiple possible niches.
It gets around 3,850/4,000/+ unique visitors per month and we suppose its mainly gay traffic coming from the previous development (done by the old owner).
It has been actively advertised in the past through massive ad campaigns (query google & archive.org for more details) while, since we acquired it, it has been parked with a monthly rev of $50/60 at namedrive, it might do much better if optimized and the potential would become unlimited if ever developed and converted into a big live portal.
This domain isn't available for sale while we'd like to trade it against another single strong .Com keyword (no crap useless domains, only interested in an 1x1 trade against another generic dictionary word).
