Well, the fact that M$ has a TM for that name as a web design software has no bearing on the use of that name in other ways, especially news reporting. So Bob is free and clear, assuming it's clear to everyone that's what he's doing. So I'd put up a site quick, even if it's just temporary.

NameDropper gets it. Since it is a common term, I hope to be able to do this successfully.
