CuteFTP - good directory of FTP sites included. Also comes with CuteHTML worth a test drive to.

WS_FTP works well enough for me.

(But then again I still do all my HTML in a text editor (editpad).

SmartFTP .. have been using it for over 7 months now (CuteFTP before) and loving it... :) and the best part is ... it's FREE.

Other great FREE software that I like is phpEdit (not affiliated).
I use it together with FrontPage. It's a powerful combo :D
(SmartFTP, phpEdit, and FrontPage) and no .. I don't use frontpage extension on my web account. I just design the pages using FP and shoot em up with smartFTP.

I like "WS_FTP95 LE". Of course, it works just fine on WinXP.
