Hello,

My friend's son has to undergo a major surgery this october. He is Six-year-old..

His Ailment:

He has a condition Cerebral Palsy. This condition has meant that he is unable to walk and is a full time wheelchair user. He has Spastic Diplegia type of Cerebral Palsy and is going in for a much needed surgery in October to prevent damage to his hips that would otherwise prevent him from being able to sit and function without extreme pain.
So, I am collecting donations on his behalf. All the funds will be of use for him.
Funds from the DP members are going to help his family purchase home equipment that will assist with his recovery and intensive physio he will need to go through.

All Payments via Paypal!

Paypal : bizmaniac[at]msn[dot]com

Put the Subject as FundRaiser... This help from your side will be helpful.. Make generous donations..

Thanks.
