"Worthy speculations?"

Speculations, yes. Worthy? I'm afraid most likely not. I believe there's way too much speculation in these new .US suffixes, which seem ... ummm ... rather limited to me. However. Good Luck!

Thanks Cool H for wishing me luck...Anyone who speculates needs it :)

I'm not sure if we can say that there's "too much" speculation in .US when the reg #s are not even at 500K; more valid question(IMO) is whether this tld will truly catch on? If one's (speculative) answer to this question is YES then there's still time to get on board. I also don't agree with your opinion that .US is limited in scope to geographical & political areas as you noted in another post. I'd argue that its as (or even more) relevant for many many other areas such as law and legal services, local/regional businessess and services, employment/jobs, etc. Of course its just my personal opinion and I can be entirely wrong.

Perhaps, in time, you will prove me wrong in this regard. Actually, your reference to "regional businesses" is consistent with the "geographic" theme that I mentioned. I just don't see the others ... but we shall find out soon enough! Good stuff, thanks! Good Luck.
