My sentiments exactly. Who'd a thunk it.well isn't that a kick in the crotch.
Yup, they are. Any time I have received an offer lately for credit, the issuer of the card is either GE or MBNA.GE is one of the largest financial services company in the world ---
Makes me wonder if GE is perhaps contemplating a media blitz for credit, refi, and so on.To see a company as huge as GE chasing a Mobi drop is not the norm.......

That was all Bush Credit. Nearly the past three years, nothing paid:Hey! Doc, you for got Obama Credit
why would you drop such a good name?
:uhoh:
Agree. Plus, where do we get many of our names?it isnt *that* good... i'd say mediocre at best. and you cant always renew everything... you just never know what someone else might be interested in.
Sh*t happens. Bush's tour is done. Obama's on his own now. Ultimately, the American people are to blame for this mess because they have not been and still are not vigilant. Currently, Obama and Congress act like they own the place. Until US citizens set them straight, nothing will change. It will be deeper in the hole. The public, evidently, can not believe that many of their reps are bought and paid for. That was all Bush Credit. Nearly the past three years, nothing paid:
Iraq - Credit
Afghanistan - Credit
US/Mexico Border - Credit
Katrina - Credit
Paulson Plan - Credit
Big 3 Money - Credit
AIG bailout - Credit
Guatanamo - Credit
None of that stuff was paid for. Don't kid yourself. We didn't have the money then and we don't have it now. There was not maney or security back credit then and none now.
What we are faced with is a stack of IOU's.
Again, take a look at the Paulson plan - authorization to borrow $750B "at a time", authorization to increase the fed deficit by more than $3Trillion.
I, for the life of me, do not understand why people think we could afford to deploy hundreds of thousands of troops on multiple fronts and NOT have a debt as big as a mountain over this. The activation and deployment of national guard troops to the US/Mex border was just ONE OF THE straws that broke the back of this economy.

From Drops.
Someone else's throwaways or forget to renew. All extensions.
