cool name. a bush site seems like it would be kind of a tacky use.

sell it to some wealthy "george" to use as his weblog

I ported mindfuls tool to PHP/MySQL and added a few tweaks

It only took a few hours.
It's rough and needs more error checking built in but it's working.

It's kind of surprising how close it can be sometimes.
Especially if your honest on your market value.

I'm sure with a few more tweaks it could be even better.

But nothing will ever replace true valuations.

It's nice to have a reference point though
