I successfully Sold GermanProperties.com for $305 which i purchased only last month for $44.
I got the name auctioned with no reserve at flippa marketplace, and it received a good interest, ( 42 Auction watchers and 49 bids reached $305 )
Some users texted me after the auction was finished, and they told me that they missed bidding on last minutes, and they were ready to pay more.
Honestly, I was expecting a 4 figures sale, But $305 is accepted as it was a quick sale.
