Getting access to post domains?

At the start of April I paid for an account upgrade. I wasn't able to post in the Platinum section so contacted George V who stated he will fix it ASAP.

However, communication went dead and I've not had a response back since April 3rd.

Does anyone know any other relevant contact here at DN, that I can contact to try and get this resolved?
