I currently own the .com of a company. They came to me once in 2000 wanting to settle, they asked me how much i wanted I said give me an offer in writing. The name is trademarked. I registered it in early 99 before cybersquatting was a law and before there was a trademark on the name. How can I legally get them to notice the name again. I want to sell it off to them ,but not sure if I can confront them with that option. Any ideas?

LOL, 2003! :)
But seriously, do NOT contact them offering it "for sale" at this time without speaking to a legal expert on these matters (they CAN negotiate/"settle" for you, you know). Again, with that TM ... do NOT confront them with an 'offer to sell.
Good Luck.

PS. I ain't no lawyer ... though I did play one on T.V. once, briefly! :)
