Godaddy Hosting

Hi just looking for an answer to my question, i have got godaddy hosting the economy one, and i'm trying to load on a phpbb forum, does anyone know if the mysql database supplied is the correct one for this forum software or do i need better hosting??? I have tried for a couple of days now and still can't get it to work, also trying to set the permissions on the config file isn't happening either! Any one know of a solution??? Or can lend me 10 mins of their time to sort this out for me?

I remember few years back they didnt allow keep forums in economy package but now things might have changed they are offering lot more resources in same package then that time. Havent you contacted their support service ?
