GoDaddy question

Can anyone tell me whether I can Push a newly transferred in domain from my account to someone elses account at GoDaddy, OR do I have to wait 60 days ?

You can as long as their account is with GoDaddy (no need to wait 60 days) - the 60 days is only when transferring between different registrars.
