GoDaddy repossessing domains ?

Does anyone know if Go Daddy really does "repossess" domains and why ?. I checkled whois on a domain and whois showed their address and this;

Any ideas why this would happen ?

Interesting thanks. Hmm didnt know that. Wonder whether they ever extend that to "cybersquatting" and make the decision themselves ?.
