A few weeks back I listed all my xxxx domains up for sale at godaddy.
A week ago I get an offer.
I try to get to auctions.godaddy.com but I get a message to contact support about the status of my account.
Today I get an email saying that I tried to list a domain I do not own so I will have to pay them $10!!!!!
WTF????????????
I listed thousands of domain and made a mistake on a domain I used to own. And I have to pay them $10???
I told them to **** off.
Now I get this email:
"Due to its complex nature, your issue has been relayed to our Advanced Technical Support Team. Our most skilled technicians will be working to resolve your issue quickly and completely. You will be notified promptly upon resolution."

What a bunch of idiots. I am removing all my domains from this stealing shithole.

No it's not.
They said there was a warning, then it's $10, then $50 then permanant ban.
Both the warning domain and the $10 domain were mine and sold them in the past 2 months. It's not that I tried to sell sex.com.
I am removing all my domain listings and my domain registrations from godaddy.
They don't learn anything. They are greedy SOBs.
I had a 10k deal ready to close but now I will use escrow.com.
So they prefer to **** you than make money. Their loss.

The rule is fair, and in this case an exception to the rule would also be fair. If I were you I'd wait for their answer and see what they propose before getting mad and pulling all my domains out.

Sad thing is, that $10 will probably just end up as a creased bill stuffed into some midgets buttcrack, as he rides a bucking middle aged stripper around Bob Parsons' living room. :D

I did not receive a wanning. I had to pay the $10.00 administration fee for first time problem.

There are many other places to sell domains. That is absurd for a mistake. I have never listed names there and won't even consider it now. I would eventually pay $10, $50, and be banned if I listed enough names.

Godaddy will charge you for breathing...

Actually, I am sure that there is a coupon code for that somewhere. Reduced price anyway.
